My name is Alysha, a lot of people call me Lysh. I lived out west for the past 5 years with my husband, Dustin. I am a mother to our 4 year old daughter, Hayden & our fur baby Harley and have been a stay at home mom for the last 4 years.
We decided it was finally time to move back to Ontario where we are both from to be
surrounded by our family.
Paula & Jody Tysoski are family friends and we have known them for many years. They have helped our parents buy and sell multiple homes over the years and have done outstanding jobs, so who better to team up with?
It was difficult searching for a home because my husband works out west and I was living up north in Parry Sound. Paula and Jody really listened to us and knew exactly what we both wanted in a home for our family. Jody would preview houses on his own, or sometimes with me and he would give me honest insight whether the house would be suitable. Jody would often goof around with my daughter and keep her entertained while we took our time really looking things over, which was such a huge help. After a long year or so of searching we finally stumbled upon our dream home. It all happened so fast, we viewed it, loved it, offered on it, and it was accepted…in a day! Even with such a short timeline, Paula was able to set us up with a wonderful mortgage broker who helped us secure a mortgage in a jiffy.
After settling into our new home and my daughter starting school, Paula reached out to me. She thought I would be a good fit to join her team. We work around my daughter’s schedule and our family life. The work environment is very uplifting and positive. Paula is so effective in teaching me the ropes and coaching me to be a valued member of their team.
Paula and Jody are such an honest and trustworthy team. They went above and beyond real estate to find a home for us. The time, dedication, care, selflessness, and happiness that they bring any time you need them is amazing. I feel honoured to have purchased a home through them. Working with them has added such significance in my personal development and I’m looking forward to my future being part of this progressive team.
