Getting To Know Me!

In the past few weeks I have been given the opportunity to work with Paula and Lexi Tysoski for my co-op placement and I could not be more fortunate! My name is Chevy West, I am Eighteen years old and am currently attending my victory lap year at North Park Collegiate. Some of my hobbies include weight lifting/ bodybuilding and miniature chuckwagon races for entertainment purposes. Eventually I want to start competing in bodybuilding shows and also race in the calgary stampede as I am very passionate about working out and being around horses. I value growth as I am very open minded and adventurous. As a highschool student and taking many classes, it was difficult finding what I liked best. Of course my favourite class was gym however, I needed to sit down and really think of what I wanted to do for a living and set goals for myself. My goal in life is to live happy, healthy, and be able to give back and provide for my family. One of the classes I enjoyed most throughout highschool  was business. Working with computers and entrepreneurship. I especially loved my entrepreneurship class because we were able to spend the semester focusing on a business plan and trying to sell and make a profit from our product or services. I learned so much and just the feeling of being able to create something that can help others is so satisfying to me. Now, The reason I wanted to choose my co-op placement with Paula is because I have this thought I want to become a real estate agent. I have seen many of Paula & Jody Tysoski signs around Brantford and thought it would be amazing to work with them. After reaching out and getting accepted by Paula to work with her and her team, at this point it has been very fun and interesting learning how the industry works. Paula and her team are such hard workers and extremely nice, outgoing people. After being here for only a few weeks, I can tell this experience will not settle for anything less than amazing. What I plan to get out of this co-op is the knowledge on how to run a business and how to become a successful real estate agent.
