This Saturday we will be hanging out at Global Pet Foods with our team and some members of The Brant Animal Aid Foundation.
The Brant Animal Aid Foundation is a non-profit, charitable foundation, established in 1998, whose objective is to provide funding assistance for projects that assist in the prevention and relief of unnecessary suffering of animals within Brantford and the County of Brant, due to injury, abuse or neglect.
Their goal is to improve the quality of life of all creatures, domestic and wild within the County of Brant by providing an additional source of funding. Supporting a cause like this is close to our hearts.
This is Stella.
Stella was dropped off by our home in 2006. She was only 4 months old and it took her two months to come around. By that time she had been injured and had several broken ribs.
Stella was the first of many cats to pass through our household. As long term pets and short visitors before moving on to new homes we’ve had lots!
She was one of the lucky ones. But many pets aren’t that lucky.
This is why we support Brant Animal Aid. Maybe if the people who had Stella before us would have had the support of an animal care organizations like Brant Animal Aid, she wouldn’t have had such a hard beginning her life. We donate a portion of our earnings to Brant Animal Aid so they can help with Veterinarian Fees, Rides to the Vet and spay and neuter programs. With the many cats that have gone through our doors we want to help families and their pets. So come on out and help us help our community!
